Ingrid Salon-Aparicio

Ingrid was born in Los Angeles California, with a passion for helping people. She is driven by a desire to make a positive impact and is dedicated to connecting individuals with the resources they need to thrive. A proud alum of Birmingham High School, she also pursued further education at Pierce College, expanding her knowledge and skills. With a background in business administration, she spent 13 years (2003-2018) as an Executive Assistant to the Direct Sales Director/Manager at Time Warner Cable/Spectrum, and also worked for a few years in the call center honing her organizational skills and supporting high-performing teams. In 2020, she joined MassMutual as an Outreach Coordinator to help advisors connect with clients. She has now joined Shane and Shannon as a Personal Assistant further developing her expertise in support. In her free time, she volunteers with Streets Are For Everyone (SAFE), a nonprofit organization committed to improving road safety and enhancing the quality of life for all users. When she is not working or volunteering, you can find her spending quality time with her loved ones, cherishing every moment with her family.
